New Floors

Sunday the November 6th, Paul and I head out to the Home Depot. We had decided that we were going to look into redoing the floors in our condo. That night we purchased peel and stick laminate tiles to adhere to our kitchen floor, we also completed the job the same day. The next day, Paul went back to the Depot and bought Pergo to put down in our living room and mini hallway. We started the process that night expecting that it would go a smoothly as the kitchen. We were wrong. To remind you we have a one bedroom condo, and to move all of the furniture out of one of the rooms, is a chore in itself let alone trying to find space to put ALL of the furniture (Couch w/ pull out bed, Double recliner love seat, Entertainment unit, end table, Two Rugs, Lamp, and a Guitar and stand. Oh! And the partridge in the pare tree J) Needless to say this was not quite as quick as we had expected. We completed it on Sunday the 13th, now mind you we both work full time and were only working on it for a few hours after work each day. I am very happy that it is completed. It looks very nice.
